Tasting notes: Intense green oil. Great olfactory complexity. The nose presents fresh aromas of green leaves, artichoke, tomato and aromatic field plants. In the mouth it has the same expressive strength as on the nose. The green notes perceived on the nose are confirmed, the leaf and green herbs of the countryside such as lavender, green wheat and fruits such as apple, sweet banana and garden vegetables such as artichoke and red tomato. The aftertaste is herbaceous and persistent. Its bitterness and spiciness are present but balanced. Smooth and elegant astringency of artichoke or olive leaf. The menthol of the mint is structured and harmonious.
